A couple of days ago, I received two small gifts from a friend of mine. She gave me some plants. Although we've been having cold days and it was snowing lightly, I planted them in pots.
At first, I was worried if they would survive the cold weather because they looked so small, but they turned out to be much stronger than I'd expected. They seems to be doing fine. Nature never ceases to amaze me.
The plant on the left in the picture above will bloom into the flower shown below, while the one on the right will produce yellow flowers.
They're still too small and young to bloom now, but I'm already looking forward to spring. My garden will become lively again with them. I'd love to take care of them carefully. I can hardly wait for spring!!

I believe that the yellow flowers are ‘margaritas/manzanillas silvestres’ in Spain. Their origin is also Spanish, from the Canary Islands, Yumi @yumiyumayume .
As well as being very hardy, they can be used in infusions as a medicinal plant.
@druida Thank you so much for letting me know the name! I know it's called 'daisy' but I didn't know what kind of daisy it was. That's very interesting you call the flower magaritas because we call it マーガレット (similar sounds as yours) in Japanese. I'll add the correct name next to the Japanese name on the sign. I'm glad to know that the plant is very strong and from your country! It's so cool!!
