Today I read about adjusting your habits to your tastes. That means focusing on what you’re really good at or slightly good that you feel you easily progress, otherwise you’ll be struggling creating a habit that in the short-run you’ll give up . For instance if you need to exercise more you don’t need to rip working out like a bodybuilder, but if you prefer cycling or swimming, then shape your exercise habit around your interests. In that way you’ll feel successful and if you feel successful you’ll feel satisfied and that fact triggers your motivation and keeps you on your new habit.
