During his life, he was always used to being busy, but somehow in one point, busy days dissapeared.
At the begginning everything was okay. he called them "Relaxing days", but with time, he started to feel empty, and realized that feeling wasn't new, but now he had time to think and "relaxing days" became "deppressing days".
He felt as if he wasn't doing anything for his life. So he started to learn a new language, but that wasn't enough, so he decided to go on morning walks, and that wasn't enough, so he spent more time working and studying, but then again, it wasn't enough. That feeling just didn't go away.
One monday, he self-reflected on his actions and feelings and accepted the fact that there are some days which he won't feel great and awesome, but it´s okay, he could allow himself to feel, but if he just kept on feeding that strange-emotion or avoiding it by doing all kind of things instead of process it, later or sooner he'll ended up with the same conclusion. That doesn't work.
