A Calm Day at Home

The beautiful autumn days haven't arrived here yet. I've seen one orange leaf so far. Since I don't go for any walks, I find that my days pass by mindlessly even though if I track my days, I might find some fun things that I've done. Let's track the fun parts of today.

In the morning, I studied Japanese with Japanesepod101 and wrote my first sentences. I really enjoyed doing it and watching it now.

Then, I had breakfast while watching a girl preparing their breakfast and teaching Spanish. Then, I started making some dessert with dates while listening to Nicos Weg series (B1).

After that, I started wasting my time trying to log in to my old out-of-reach Instagram account when I lost the internet connection.

A few hours have passed now without remembering what I've done and I'm getting ready to go to bed. I just read the news about Hamas's leader being killed, which is why my internet wasn't working properly. It's still slow, so all I could do with it was write an entry here.

Now, I'm trying to read some English poetry written by Seamus Heaney. Of course, I don't understand all the words I'm reading, which is something that makes me put off reading it, but I enjoy imagining his beautiful, simple life.

So, it wasn't a bad day for language learning.
