After one week off, I am finally back here. I should say that I am in love with Journaly. It really helps me a lot with my writing skills. Going back to the matter in hand, Crossfit is great and you should definitely try it, at least for one moth and then decide if keep it or quit. I have been doing weigth lifting at the gym for more than 20 years, some periods, fully enrolled and other periods just to keep me healthy. When you are fully commited to the gym, you get a great shape and massive arms and legs, but not always a good cardiovascular condition, so, you are no training properly. Since I discovered Crossfit, I realise that the best way to workout is with a circuit, including upper and lower body, it means full body workout in different stages during the sesion, starting with warm up exercises, some footing, some rope jumping, box jumping and other kind of movements that helps to burn calories, make you breath deep, sweat and make your heart pump faster. For all those reasons, I am fully commited to a three sesions per week at my nearest Crossfit Box. Today is my firts class after one week off and I just wanted to pass by here to encourage all my readers to go out for some exercise or if is cold outside try a indoor session on youtube. Best!!
