The pandemic forced me to cook. I think it happens to many of us. I didn't have to worry about cooking before the pandemic. I had a "free" meal at my work and eating out was affordable. In addition, I don't eat too much, so a simple sandwich from the minimarket was enough. I started watching a lot of videos to learn the basics, from cutting onion to cooking rice. I actually enjoyed it and became the cook of my house. Today I cook mostly all meals, from breakfast to dinner. I can make bread, tortillas, pizzas, salads, empanadas, tamales, etc. Mostly everything that I want I can cook. Ratatouille is right, "Anyone can cook". =)
