Today afternoon I worked out at gym. My personal trainer told me, Let's lose your weight 5 kg. Because my weight top the high in my life. I feel it too heavy. Nowadays in Korea, taking a body profile photos is a trend. I am not a person who likes to take photo but today what if I take a that photos as a concrete goal for avoiding fizzle out. What do you think about it?
