I work for a small consulting company developing technical documentation for industrial businesses. The main service of the company is providing up-to-date fire safety documentation.

I work on business analysis and legal consultation. I manage a team of highly qualified analytical engineers helping them achieve the best results and guaranteeing a convenient work infrastructure: 8 people work under me. However, we don't differentiate our positions because we are a small, but pretty tight-knit community.

One of my main responsibilities is to make sure that the company chooses the best development strategy for itself. I am also in charge of the whole legal consultation cycle, including consultations within the team.

I really enjoy this job, although I wouldn't mind more intensive work (like emergency services), so I intend to continue my training as a paramedic. It will definitely help me to become a more qualified employee and solve more work tasks.
