Sleep Schedule

I messed up my sleep schedule again.

This usually starts with one evening and then turns into a week or so of suffering the consequences when I either can't fall asleep when it's time to or I pass out too soon in front of my computer. This "one evening" starts earlier in the afternoon, when I come home and decide to procrastinate for a bit and end up doing nothing throughout the evening. And then I have to catch up with things either later this morning or the next day (or even until the next class). Now, I've found that keeping the gaps (read: leisure time) between the work sessions small helps me prevent getting carried away. If I can manage without any rest, I better keep studying. Otherwise, I can help myself with a short break.
