I had met a Chinese female in the Tail consulate. And we went to visit the Penang national park together today. I took a bus to there in the morning. The entrance was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, one looks like in Japanese movies.
We walked through forests on hills and reached a turtle beach. My friend, she had authentic American accent and fluent in English. She studied English as her major in university and worked in Africa for five years.
She was curious about plants along the road. She took a picture of a plant and then looked for it in the internet to know what it was called.
After one hour walking, we arrived at the beach. It was hot and I drank up nearly all my water. There were two big buckets in the turtle protection center. Each bucket had dozens of small cute turtles. And there was a small poll where a big young turtle is alone inside. The turtle keeper made some noice to attract the turtle’s attention and feed it with a cabbage.
We took a boat to another beach, the monkey beach. We ate lunch there. The tide was rising and the sea water was near our seat when we sat down on a canteen. The price of food was not expensive there. As the name suggests, there were lots of monkeys on trees. They sat on branches and took fruits to eat.
After lunch, we hiked a hour to the top of a hill where a light house was located. On the road, there was no wind and it was hot, so we got really sweaty.
