Lately, I have been thinking a lot about the same thought.  How to find out the truth about myself and my life? How not to be wrong and to do correct conclusions from my experience? I found answers that seem the most logical, and understandable to me, although implementing them can be challenging.

First, it is necessary to analyze my experiences. I should reflect on what traumas have influenced me profoundly and determine what I can explain, correct, or simply accept and let go.

Resolving issues from the past enables me to focus on the present. It is crucial to engage in constructive self-dialogue, sincerely exploring my emotions and behaviors. By asking questions like "What is really happening?", " Why is this happening?" and "What is it in me, that allows it to be?" I can understand the factors within myself that contribute to the situation.  By doing so, I assimilate and integrate all the knowledge to become an active and responsible person who takes control of their destiny rather than simply going with the flow.

Based on the above, I need to reflect on my strengths, weaknesses, values, goals, personal philosophy, and the sources of my energy and enthusiasm. With these insights, I can make plans for the year, months, and days ahead. So, my journey called life will be in the control zone. It will let me see cause and effect and bring order to my life.

As W. Frankl wisely said, "Happiness is a side effect of a well-organized life."
