Sleep is important, everybody knows that, but not everyone gets real rest.
Why is it important to have the necessary hours of sleep?
Well, I am a psychology student and, I really don't know. I just listened to a podcast about this topic (sleep - deeply human) I enjoyed that part of the episode in which the host says, "The time and the quality of sleep has a impact on how we survive the rest of the day. Sleep affects your mood, how you react in a difficult situation, and especially if you are a person who struggles with anxiety this going to become worse.
The experts of the topic say it's necessary to have 8 hours of sleep but, this is not true, or at least no completely true because we are all different. For example, sometimes I get 8 or 9 hours of sleep but, in the morning, I feel tired and sometimes get just 6 or 7 but I get up out of bed feeling amazing. And what does that mean?
It means that I have a lot to learn about this topic.
I have so many questions.
