Hello, every one!

This is an extract from a chat I had a few hours ago.

I hope you can fix my mistakes, I would be really thankful.

Two tuesdays ago in the morning, my mother and I found a little female dog sleeping beside a high school fence while we were walking with our dog. Here in Mexico is common to find street dogs, whether they have owners or not. We've been listening barks and howls for 3 weeks from a wasteland one block away my house. One night my parents heard waste bags being ripped outside our house, hence they look through the second floor window and realized that those sounds were made by young tawny dogs looking for food. So we thought she was one that pack.

Therefore, we decided to lead her to our house, feed her and take care of her.

We had to put a plastic mesh on our fence to deter her from going outside and get lost. A few hours later, while I was going outside to buy sausage and "tortillas" (a kind of thin bread made from corn which plays a chief part on mexican gastronomy), I found a young male dog outside our fence that resembled the female one. He had a shallow wound on one of his back legs. Hence, we let him get inside too and since that day we have been taking care of both. We got assistence from a veterinarian (mother of a friend of mine) and she helped us with vaccines, medicines and sterilization. These have been hectic days in our lives, hahaha. And now we are waiting until they get better to start searching them a new home.

There are a myriad of street dogs in the town I live, and their numbers are increasing when unresponsible parents give them as gifts to their children on Christmas or when careless owners let them stay outside their houses getting lost in the process.

That's all for this time!

Thank you so much to read it until the end!
