First, the answer on your question about несовершенной и совершенной формы глагола. CB - it means that the action has been finished ( or has finished). It is close to English Perfect Tense. You may use CB only like Infinitive, in the Past and in the Future. For CB there is not the Present Tense. HCB - it like a Simple Present, Past and Future for an action may be once or regularly performed. I understand it is very difficult to get. May be some example: CB - Я пришёл. (infinitive - прийти) This action may be perform only once - in Past or in Future. Translation: I have come. Example of HCB: Я приходил. (infinitive - приходить) This action may happen several or once times. Translation: I did come.
Another advice regarding flashcard methods. It is useless to learn any Slavic language with flashcards. The main reason: our verbs and nouns and adjectives have been changed by many criteria and context a lot. So, when you memorize an infinitive form - you are not able to apply them correctly. I would recommend you to focus on Listening first of all. For example, Pimsler's method - just audio drilling, when you training the whole sentences. Writing in Russian is the most difficult and useless skill (if you don't need an exam and certificate). It is more difficult than Writing in Polish - I know. I don't want to discourage you for Writing but you may postponed it until you've reached B1 level.
Great to see other Russian learners! Желаю вам успеха 👏 I think flashcards the way you do them are good because I believe that anything that increases your comprehension is nice. Once you understand really well, it becomes easier because you can turn on the radio or whatever you like and you learn while enjoying the content. Later you can always go back to writing, speaking, grammar, etc.
PS: It might be worth it to put the accent of the word on your card (like this you will start to see patterns of how it works and avoid taking bad habits).
about verbal aspect : i got the aspects at least in a theorical way, the thing is that i didn't thought about the infinitive form in the same way (of course i should think the same way, they are different verbs) so for example я хочу писать книги(i want to write write books, it is somewhat generic in a period of time) я хочу написать мою книгу(i heard СВ also refers to completion, so it could mean completion or just one time action)
