If I'm not mistaken, I think I already wrote a text here where I saidh how much I enjoy to practice exercises.
I started practicing calisthenichs 5 years ago and since then I fell in love with it.
I've learned lots of exercises and its variations, but there's only one "problem" regarding calisthenics. It is not goot to gain muscle.
I mean, if you start practicing calisthenics you'll gain muscles, but after some time your body will stop making progress.
The main reason for that is because you're only using your body weight, and as the time goes on your body will get used to the weight.
As I wanted to gain more muscle I decided to get in the gym.
I've started in the last week, and it's been great so.
As I already have a good body strength, it was easier to do most of the exercises.
However, I do not want to stop practicing my calisthenics exercises.
So, I'm going to try to do some hybrid exercises, I'm sure it'll be great!
