Last week I was thinking about a trip I took with a friend, my best friend. We went to the south of my country, to ‘Patagonia’. What a beautiful place, you should visit it. It worth it. The thing is, I was thinking about that because my day was very stressful and tiring, and I guess, my mind wanted to go away from the present and to look for a time when I was ‘happy’. Good idea.
It’s how it works, right? But at the same time, after a few minutes, I also reminded that at that time I also had many concerns and today I can say that most of them weren’t really important. All what we need sometimes is a bit of distance from our worries, tu put them on a context and to talk about them to ourselves. In the end, it wasn’t that bad.
