Hiii. So last week I made a post where I mentioned how excited I was about a new routine I had created for myself the night before and I said I'd be updating on it later, so let's get straight to the point: to summarize it all in one sentence, I did all that I had commited to doing almost consistently each day of that week but failed at quitting bad habits. Nonetheless, fortunately, I was able to figure out the reason why I failed: I didn't think of healthier/better habits to replace the undesired ones with; and that's why yesterday, after realizing this, I started to think about ways in which I can trade some of my bad habits for good ones, and I'm hopeful this time it'll work. Anyways, that's it for this week, I might update next week but I'm not positive about it, since I'd like to write about other things too. Thanks for reading and have beautiful day.
