When you write something with feminine gender (in Hindi generally comes with ई or similar elongated sounds) - you also agree with it the next description (containing pronouns) with the same gender. Although the genders of nous are ambiguous in Hindi but there exist some generally accepted ones.
मैंने मुरगा खाया । (I ate chicken) वह अच्छा था । (It was good)
