My workout routine

I excercise every day. My most valuable thing to do is health.

When I was 16 years old, I was sick. I had a stomach problem that needed surgery. So I was in hospital one month for sugery. After the event I have beed worried about health. In related to worry, my coping stretagy is excecising.

I decided to start excercise in earnest when I was mid twenty. I went to the gym about more than three times every week. My main excercise are bench press, running, let pull down, over head press.

As I get older, I used to walking more than weight training. For example, my favorite thing to do is going hiking at a mountain and going for work near my house. Then in 2016, I met my wife at Bukhansan Mountain in Seoul.

I can't go hiking these days because my kids too young, but as I mentioned earlier, I excercise every day in my living room. Push up and pull up are easy way to excercise at home. I check my excercise routine every day. 10 push up and 5 pull up is all. That's easy, so I can alway afford to do that.
