I have read somewhere that we should write every day about what we are grateful for.
Sometimes I try to do that. But to be very honest I just write about my family and the food I have. I cannot write about the same things every day. Also, when I try to think about what I am grateful for or to, most of the time I just think: should I write this or that. I mean I find it hard to decide what to write about.
It is not like I am an ungrateful person, but he thing is, I am grateful for everything that I have got and to every person who is related to me.
I am kind of repeating myself but I do not know what to write about.
And I thing the reason for this could be that I am not good at expressing myself. I find it hard to put my thoughts into words.
With that being said, I would like to know about your experience( do you feel the same way) and suggestions.

Hi, I can relate to your experience! I used to do thankfulness journaling too and started to see patterns after a while, but I think that is quite normal, because there are things that you can be thankful for every day, like the people you have in your life :D If you want to make it a bit less repetitive, maybe you could write what exactly you are thankful for in that particular person (something they did, a trait) or the food you are having etc. At least that is what helped me make it a bit more detailed :)
