I was reading a book and I read something that I found astonishing.
A man in a wheelchair was asked if it was difficult to be confined.
He replied " I am not confined to my weelchair, I am liberated by it." Because without it he would not be able to leave his house and would be confined to bed.
His mindset shift compeletly transformed how he lived each day.
I really liked this idea, the way we see things makes big difference.
Instead of saying I have to....
one should say I get to....
When one says I have to cook food for my family
, it seems like a burden but if one says I get to cook food for my family then it seems like an opportunity.

Hello Jashan preet,
I really liked this post of yours! I totally agree with this idea! Changing our mindset can make our life much happier! On the other hand, I think this kind of posts can give motivation to people and spread positive vibes here in Journaly! Great job!😀
Hello sara, thanks for kind words.
My comment about "I found/find" is a bit difficult to explain, but I'll do my best. You were reading in the past, it was a continuous action. However, when you came across the "something" you found it, a complete action that happened in one time moment. You could use "I find" here as well, to indicate that you're still astonished by it, but personally I prefer "I found" since it fits better with the tense of the rest of the sentence.
I understand, thanks for the feedback
