Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you to make a complaint about your restaurant which I visited last week.
I have been your customer for several years so I expected a better service from your company.
First of all, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of my food. Due to the long waiting my meal got cold. If I had not have to wait more than half an hour, my food would have been warm, I am positive.
To my surprise, my ordered food did not have any taste. You promised Mediterranean flavours, but it was far from it.
Another thing which I would like to mention is that your restaurant was too crowded and we did not have any space to feel good because we were surrounded by so many people. Even though I had booked a table before I arrived at your restaurant , it was extremely hard to find a free one. I have a feeling that you did not pay attention to my booking request.
The most shocking thing was the price of our food. I am convinved, it must have been some misunderstanding because we had to pay almost the double amount of the original price.
All in all, I am disappointed with your service and I would be grateful if you could respond to my raised points. All things considered, I feel entitled to get a full refund .
