I have been studying english during the last and a half year, in this time I have focused mostly in listening, which undoubtedly
has improved. I also did ling during two or three months, aproximmately. It helped me learning a lot of new words. I read
a good amount of post/articles on internet as well. However, I feel I must begin to write more and maybe study
some grammar, because although my listening has improved and I understand a lot of what I hear, that words are passive
and I struggle to construct sentences or to think in english. What would you recommend me?

Well done Daniel, just a few issues, but in general you expressed your ideas clearly. I think any opportunity to produce output in English, whether in writing like this website or aloud as in a language exchange with an English speaker, is good for improving your fluency. :)
I also spend most of my time listening to podcasts, which is for sure essential to bulid a basic understanding of the language.Besides this you can also watch sitcoms( like friends) and find some language exchange parteners to speak with. I have seen huge improvement since I have started speaking with language exchange partners. And as you are here means you are writing in English, which will enable thinking in English. I am glad to find this place, I think this will help learners to improve their writing skills and speaking as well. You can incorporate reading as well in your daily practice as it will help you to wrap your head around sentence structure and whilst reading you can also learn new words in context. So basically all four skills( reading, listening, speaking, writing) lead to fluency.
