Today I was thinking about my language learning. While I was writing on my bullet journal I was wondering which language I want to start from scratch in the new year. I shoul have thought of it some month ago, I suppose. By the way, I already understand a bit of French as I sudied it at school ages ago, and Brasilian Portuguese that I started studiyng a couple of years ago. I love the last one but at the moment it would be completely useless for me. There is also Spanish, a language very similar to mine, that I already understand quite well but I have never studied. I know, I know, it's a language that chooses me and not vice versa but at the moment I can't understand. As for English I'm reading, writing and listening every day in this language, so I think I can introduce another language now. How do you choose a new language? How do you know that it's time to introduce a new one?
Maybe also ask yourself this question: which culture am I interested in? If there's a particular country or cultural aspect that you are attracted to, maybe you'll find motivation to learn the language that goes with it :)
Amy1744 You're right, but the main problem is that I love them all for different reason. Do you know that feeling of excitement when you want to learn everything at once? Well, that's me! Anyway I choose French for now... we'll see what this travel will bring me. :-)
