I would say it depends on the conditions of the life you are in.

I am aware that there are a large number of people all around the world that have been struggling with their lives every single day. How would they get good foods, clothes, clean water, and education... while their harsh living conditions prevent them from doing so.

After I watched this video (https://youtu.be/8NTIY8Qy2f0), I realize I am living in better conditions than they are. I feel gratitude that I am at least living a normal life on land.
