Everyday, I always sleep around 8 to 10 hours. As a student, sleeping is very essantial with me. I often sleep about 30 minutes at noon. So, in every afternoon, I can be more focus in class and work effectively. At night, one hour before going to sleep, I’ll read book for relaxation. It only takes me about 3 minutes to fall asleep. A good sleep is benificial for our body because it helps you always feel refreshed and full of energy. In addition, your physical health also improves when you sleep on time. A person who lacks of sleeping often experiences stress, anxiety and can’t concentrate on work.
