If you are alone because of circumstances, it's okay. You should accept this, that's all. Your closest friends and relatives can't always be with you, but it doesn't mean they have forgotten about you. They love you and remember , they are worried about your condition. I know that you feel sad due to their absence but it's not a reason for rolling scenes and diving in depression. You are given a time for being with yourself, learning something new about your mind and soul, and even simply to rest from hustle and bustle. You shouldn't hide from everyone even if they are far away from you; they have been trying to keep in touch. Yes, you feel badly and they can't help you on distance but when they are with you , they always help and support.
Don't push anyone ,don't complain about them not being around. On the contrary, remind them how they are important to you, give love so that they want to come back earlier. To struggle with problems by oneself is normal, especially when these issues are only in your head and if you stop thinking about them, they disapper by themselves. Remember , absence is temporary and everything is gonna be alright.
