So, I said (in my last/first post) that I was going to write in Journaly on a daily basis , I didn't do it yesterday so I guess I lied. But there's a reason for it: I spend most of my time sleeping.
Sleeping: I've been having problems with my sleeping schedule. It's quite difficult to explain but basically I'm tired almost all the time and I sleep two times a day, for fours hours, each. If you understand what I'm saying then you probably know that I've got a problem. I dislike it a lot but I can't do anything to solve it, and believe me: I've tried.
So, since sleeping is related to time, this problem is directly related to my study sessions, and that's what annoys me the most.
Normally, when I got the time, I like to invest many hours into study but, due to this problem, I've been forced to dicrease the amount of hours I put into it. Nevertheless, I was able to study for about 5 to 8 hours in the last few days since the 1st.
Other important thing to put into consideration is that I'm going back to University in a couple of days and I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to put in learning french by then, I feel a little bit upset because of it. I really want(ed) to dedicate most of my free time on it, so, it's disappointing not being able to do it.
I'm sorry that this post is not quite interesting, I'll try to do/think about something next time since I want to try writing about different kind of topics. I'm also thinking about writing about my progress in french (or at least about the routine I'm going through right now(?)) until I get enough knowledge to be able to write about it in that language.
That's it for now, thanks for reading!
¡Animo! Muchas gracias por las correcciones a mi historia in español.
Hey! I read your text and worry about you. How do you plan to resolve your problem with sleeping and rest?
Be kind to yourself! :) It's OK not to write every day, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. And good luck with returning to school in a few days. What is it that you study? -Christina
You're welcome @LingoBee, it's a pleasure! : )
Well, @TanyaZvereva, I don't know yet. Today I got up early and I'm drinking coffee right now (I hate to drink coffee to stay up, this time I made an exception), I hope it helps, I'll see at the end of the day! (Jan 5th)
Thank you Christina (@xtina_park)! I'm studying Foreign Affairs, I neglected the part about learning languages all these years and focused more in other aspects of my career such as geopolitics, politics, history, and stuff like that, that's why I'm trying to do my best this year. I'm trying to push myself to my limit because, if I don't, I tend to procrastinate and I'm done with my old habits.
