Michael is a big fan of sports. He exercises almost every day. But he says he is flexible with it. So if he wants to skip running for a day or two, that is fine. He thinks if you are setting up a rigorous demand on yourself, you are almost setting yourself up for failure. He's been doing exercise in the morning. He feels like that gives him the energy that he needs to go throughout the day. He's never been one who loves dancing. But now he goes dancing every week. He gets inspired and refreshed by dancing.

Normally he gets up at 7:30. That's when he feels most energetic. He can really control his timetable.
