Taiwan's Central Mountain Range is a magical, big mountain chain which is not only home to various species but also known as the powerful Mt. Taiwan Protector. Everytime when a typhoon makes landfall from the Pacific, the first gate it will face is the Range. The Range will then affect the route of typhoon or even break down its structure so that it'll become much weaker than it was, which is good news to the people living in the west side of Taiwan because they will experience a lot less rains and winds than do the residents living in the east. This time, thanks to the Range, Chanthu didn't bring too heavy rains to Taipei.
If there was a surreal technology to be developed, I think it could be "the walls". In my imagination, it was a technique that allowed the robots to build walls around the coastline of Taiwan in not so much time, and the walls would be super high, transparent, breathable, thick, robust, and could disappear automatically. In this way no typhoons would have chances to affect Taiwan anymore.

台灣的中央山脈是一個神奇且巨大的山脈，它不僅是許多物種的家，也被稱為台灣的守護神山。當颱風從太平洋登陸時，颱風所面臨的第一道關卡就是中央山脈。中央山脈會影響颱風的走向，甚至是瓦解其結構，進而讓颱風的威力大幅減弱。這對住在台灣西半部的人們來說，是件好消息，因為相比東半部的居民，他們所面臨的風雨就不會如此強烈。這次，因為中央山脈的神助，燦樹並沒有為台北帶來過多的降雨。
如果有一個超現實的科技正準備被研發，我想它可以是「超牆技術」。在我的想像中，這是一個可以讓機器人不用花太多時間就可以沿著台灣海岸線造牆的技術。而這個牆將會長的非常高、透明、透氣、厚實、堅固且可以自動消失。如此一來，就不會再有任何颱風可以影響到台灣了。
