Abraham Masllow: theory of Hierarchy of Needs

Abraham Maslow (1908-1970) advocated, in theory, that all humans have a hierarchy of needs influencing workers' behavior inside an organization. Maslow depicted all human urges, not solemn prioritized by levels but organized by stages that require fulfillment of ulterior. Therefore, according to Maslow, the pyramid's base represents the physiological needs presided by safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, self-actualization.
