I am so in love to ancient Chinese's action TV show. This genre is called wuxia. After more than 10 years I didn't watch any series of this genre, last year I got precious opportunity to watch a legendary wuxia series named Handsome Sibling. After this awesome production, I craved for more wuxia. But the other series I found are xianxia, magical genre. Found no more interest in Netflix, I ended up my registration, and also my passion for wuxia. Until several months later, a friend suggest me this series : Word of Honor. My friend also told me that this series is based on a Chinese BL novel by Priest. I did some research about BL and this series. After watched several clips and fell in love with the acting skill they performed, I run to YouTube and chew up the series.

The story is about a dying man named Zhou Zishu. He was a leader in an assassin organization. In order to get his resignation, he put 7 nails to his body as punishment. This cause internal injury, and his life limited not more than 2-3 years. His five senses gradually decrease and disrupt his martial arts as well, although he still could retain 50% of it. He feel free to do whatever he pleased, and he plan to roam the martial art world while enjoying the sun and good wine. Until he meet a mysterious flamboyant swordsman named Wen Kexing, who reckoned that Zhou Zishu was in disguise.

At that time, the martial art world was in chaos because of a treasure named Glazed Armory. Many people killed, and the fate brought a boy into Zhou Zishu's custody. The dynamic between them and the clingy and flirty Wen Kexing is interesting to be watched. I really enjoyed his face expression changing time to time, their adventure and romance, and the story reveal the mystery bit by bit. Amazing fighting scenes, the growing relationship between these two men, refreshed with some humorous situation and elegant ancient Chinese's poems, are another enjoyable things while watching this series.
